1. A tornado ripped through parts of Eastern NC last night in Brunswick County causing three deaths and multiple homes destroyed. The above picture was captured in Myrtle Beach before it made landfall in NC that lead to the tornado.
Brunswick County Sherriff John Ingram held a press conference early Tuesday morning "something like I have never seen before. A lot of destruction. It's going to be a long recovery process."
2. The CDC has issued a warning about cheeses as it is investigating a multi-state listeria outbreak. It has been linked to fresh and sharp cheeses such as queso fresco, queso blanco and queso panela.
