Five Things for Thursday:
1. Ladies, have you ever been to TJ Maxx and all of a sudden needed to go number two? If so, there may be a simple solution that other women have solved. Supposedly, the fluorescent lights are causing them to relax and therefore, go to the bathroom.
2. Many across the country are dealing with a heat wave and that can cause some people to do some weird things. In this case, police in Hardee County Florida are asking people to please stop doing crime. The posted: "Folks ... due to the extreme heat, we are asking anyone thinking of conducting criminal activity to hold off. It is straight up H-O-T and humid. Criminal activity in this kind of heat is next level henchmen status, and also very dangerous for everyone involved. Seriously, let’s meet again when it’s cooler.''
3. It's time to go Back to The Future, Marty! The FAA has officially approved a DeLorean like car that can fly by doing vertical takeoffs and landings.
4. Today is National Camera Day!
5. (Fun Fact): The movie "Titanic" cost more to make than the actual boat. The Titanic cost $7.5 million in 1912, which is around $196 million in today's dollars. The budget for the movie was $200 million.
