Five Things for Wednesday:
1. McDonald's will debut their new Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry today at participating restaurants.
2. Oscar Mayer is going to marry people in their Weinermobile in Las Vegas on April 15th and 16th. The Oscar Mayer weddings will feature a live performance by the Wiener Whistle Quartet, a wiener wedding cake, wedding photos and a pun-filled wedding officiant. People can register to get married on the Oscar Mayer website.
3. It's National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day.
4. A Mulberry, Florida man recently ran away from a crash in only his underwear. Zachary Brooks slammed into a semi truck. He exited his Nissan Sentra, removed his clothes, and started running off in his underwear. A police K9 found Brooks. He did not have insurance or a driver's license and was immediately arrested. Brooks gave no reason as to why he was running around in his underwear.
5. (Fun Fact): A scavenger beetle called "Regimbartia attenuate" can escape a predator . . . like a frog . . . who's already EATEN IT. It just scuttles down the frog's gut and forces it to poop, when it can emerge alive.
