1. The Girl Scouts have a debacle on their hands but a good one for us consumers. Last year they were unable to sell many of the Girl Scout cookies in their inventory so this year, they have a surplus that they will have to get rid of!
2. GTA says that they will expand Sunday services across the area from 7 to 17 routes and keep them open longer from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
3. The National Hurricane Center is watching three spots in the Atlantic for possible tropical growth. One is moving away from the NC coast as tropical storm Bill while another storm is likely to form near Louisiana that will bring nearly 10 inches of rain to that area.
4. It's National Lobster Day.
