1. Mountain Dew is looking for someone to marry a can of Hard Mountain Dew. The ceremony is going to take place in Las Vegas. The person that agrees to marry the can will receive travel and hotel accommodations, a wedding reception at a nightclub, free Hard Mountain Dew and $1,000 cash. Mountain Dew will also provide a $500 stipend for a wedding gown or tuxedo.
2. “National Cinema Day” will be September 3rd and big theater chains are having $3 movies. These $3 movies are not limited to just one movie but all movies playing at that specific location.
3. Participating Circle K gas stations are going to celebrate Fuel Day today by offering a 40-cent per gallon gas discount between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time. The company announced, "At over 3,600 Circle K branded fuel locations across the U.S. in advance of the Labor Day holiday weekend, customers can fuel up for the unofficial last weekend of summer and receive the deal directly at the pump."
