Five Things for Tuesday:
1. Dunkin' Donuts is testing a new breakfast empanada. The flaky pastry is stuffed with sausage, eggs and cheese and it costs $5.
2. Nike is getting slammed for selling a pair of new trainers for $210. The trainers look like they are dirty because their soles and body are several different shades of gray and brown. The trainers resemble mini-crocodiles. The shoes are made from recyclable materials.
3. An exotic dancer from Miami was recently arrested for stealing $62,000 from a client. Yannelin Rivera-Bosaw kept pouring tequila shots down her client's throat. He became so drunk that he could not stand. Yannelin stole the man's phone and wallet. She transferred $62,000 out of his Chase, Wells Fargo and American Express accounts. Yannelin told the police that her client authorized her to make the transactions. She was charged with theft.
4. The San Francisco Gate says the Sriracha shortage is still occurring because of poor climate conditions that have damaged the chile pepper supply.
5. (Fun Fact): The term "pipe dream" comes from the fantasies people would have when they smoked opium.
