Jon Pardi is preparing for the night of a lifetime as he will officially become not only the newest member of Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry during an official induction ceremony on October 24, but also the very first Californian to receive the become a part of the famed Country music family.
Pardi was surprised with the invite to join the establishment while onstage at Stagecoach Music Festival in April. The invite was delivered by Guy Fieri, who joined him on stage along with Alan Jackson who appeared via video message extending a formal invite for Pardi to become the next Opry member.
In addition to readying for the big induction ceremony, Pardi is heading out on his headlining, Mr. Saturday Night World Tour this month with shows in the U.S., Canada as well as several across Europe.
