For the "Win Behind The Scenes And Tickets To Shinedown" on-air contest, listen weekdays between 10:00 a.m. ET and 3:00 p.m. ET and between 3:00 p.m. ET and 7:00 p.m. ET September 18, 2023 through September 22, 2023 for the cue to call (each timeframe a "Contest Play"). Each weekday, the station will randomly select one (1) Qualifier winner via call-in per contest play, and upon verification, will win two (2) PIT-level tickets to the Shinedown concert event, September 26, 2023, CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park, Simpsonville, SC. Out of the week's ten (10) Qualifier winners, one (1) Grand Prize will be selected to win one (1) Behind The Scenes prize-pack that consists of, i) access for two (2) to a pre-show backstage/on-stage tour, ii) one (1) VIP-exclusive autographed merchandise item, iii) one (1) VIP-exclusive Shinedown merchandise package, iv) one (1) commemorative VIP laminate, v) early entry into the venue on September 26, 2023, vi) and early-access merchandise shopping. A total of ten (10) Qualifier prizes will be offered in this contest, furnished by Live Nation, valued at $100.00. A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be offered in this contest, furnished by Elektra Entertainment/Atlantic Record, valued at $300.00. A winner may only win once in this contest. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, ACCESS TO AN APP-ENABLED MOBILE DEVICE AND/OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REDEEM OR USE THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AND VERIFIED AS A WINNER, WILL NOT RECEIVE A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, AND SHOULD NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST.
