Alec Baldwin and "Rust" cinematographer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed are both being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.  They could face up to five years in prison.

How often do you look before you flush? 5,000 people were polled, and only 5% claimed they never do compare to 17% who ALWAYS look.

 David Crosby, a founding member of both the Byrds and Crosby, Stills, & Nash, died yesterday after a "long illness." He was 81 years old.

A poll found that the average adult keeps 20 toys from their childhood, mostly for their own kids and grandchildren. The three most commonly kept toys are Barbie dolls, LEGOs, and Hot Wheels.

9 am Headlines

Metallica has released another song from 72 Seasons, which is due out on April 14th.

One or more employees at a Taco Bell in Denver are accused of putting RAT POISON in a rude customer's burrito.  He called 911 after he ate it, and had to be rushed to the hospital.
