The makers of Fireball whiskey are being sued because some mini bottles don’t contain whiskey.  In states where gas stations can't sell liquor, they've been selling a malt version that's only 16.5% alcohol instead of 33%.  The lawsuit claims the labels look too similar.

Buzz Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon, celebrated his 93rd birthday by getting married on Friday. His new, fourth wife is 63-year-old Anca Faur, a VP of his company, Buzz Aldrin Ventures.

7 am Headlines

Pamela Anderson alleges in her upcoming memoir that Tim Allen flashed his penis at her on the set of "Home Improvement".  Tim denies it ever happened, quote, "I would never do such a thing."

In a new survey, people were asked about dozens of U.S. landmarks and then asked which was the worst one they've been to.  8% of people said the Hollywood Sign, which was more than any other landmark.

9 am Headlines

A 45-year-old woman in Louisiana was a cafeteria worker at a high school . . . but she was recently caught selling baked goods laced with marijuana.  A student reported her, and she was arrested.

The Marshall Tucker Band announced the passing of Marshall Tucker last week at 99.  Tucker was never an actual member of the band.  He was a blind pianist they took their name from.
