A 72-year-old guy from Ohio was recently the first person ever diagnosed with a whistling scrotum. It turned out his lungs had collapsed, and there was air trapped inside his body. An incision from an earlier surgery on his junk hadn't healed right. The air made a whistling sound as it came out.
