February 11, 2019 Country legend Garth Brooks will join the Bucs in Bradenton for a few workouts to support his Teammates for Kids foundation.
Brooks started Teammates for Kids 20 years ago with Bo Mitchell to help support pediatric hospitals, sports and recreation for inner city kids and educational opportunities for those less fortunate.
Brooks said Monday afternoon he was honored to be working out with the Pirates. "This has been my team since I was a kid."
