PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Steelers linebacker Devin Bush has been named the AFC Defensive Play of the week after his stellar performance against the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday night.

The rookie scored a touchdown after a 9-yard fumble recovery and also intercepted Philip Rivers in the first quarter.


Bush had seven tackles and a pass deflection that helped the Steelers get their second win of the season.

On the season Bush has two interceptions and four fumble recoveries with a total of 52 tackles.

The Steelers have a bye and are back in action Monday, October 28 at home against the Miami Dolphins.

Sam Darnold was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week and Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week
