PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – The Pittsburgh Riverhounds FC will play their next home game without fans in the stands.
The Hound take on the Philadelphia Union II on Saturday, August 1 at Highmark Stadium in Station Square.
The club says they are working with local and state government to determine if they can have fans in the stadium for future home games following August 1.
Updates will be released at a later time.
In a statement the Hounds said, “The safety and well-being of players, coaches, employees and fans are Riverhounds SC's first priority. The club’s ticketing department will work with ticket holders directly regarding options for future games.”
Saturday’s match kicks off at 7 p.m.
