On a recent episode of Barstool Sports "Going Deep" podcast, former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison says Coach Mike Tomlin handed him an envelope following the 2010 hit he made on Cleveland Browns wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi.
Harrison was issued a fine $75,000 by the NFL for the hit. During the podcast, Harrison said, "I hit that man with about, max, 50% of what I had. I just hit him because I wanted him to let loose of the ball. If I had knew they was gonna fine me $75,000, I would have tried to kill him.
"The G-est thing Mike Tomlin ever did... he handed me an envelope after that. I ain't gonna say what, but he handed me an envelope after that."
