ROSTER MOVES: The Pirates have agreed to a 2020 contract with shortstop Erik Gonzalez.In addition, the Club has non-tendered catcher Elias Diaz.

The Pirates signed shortstop Erik Gonzalez to a 2020 contract.
In his first season with the Pirates, Gonzalez had a .254 batting average, with six RBIs and one home run.
The team also announced that it has non-tendered catcher Elias Diaz, making him a free agent.
Last season, Diaz hit .241 with 28 RBIs and had two home runs.
