Pirates To Unveil New Uniforms Friday

PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - The day before PiratesFest at PNC Park, the Pirates will debut some new threads.

Josh Bell gave fans a preview of one of the jerseys on Thursday when he posted a photo on his Instagram with the caption,

“These new uniforms POP. We’ll be releasing a couple more new ones tomorrow (Friday).. What do y’all think of this one?”

The one Bell is seen wearing features the classing Pittsburgh script the Pirates used in the early 1990s.

The jersey also features the Nike “swoosh” logo, which seems to be the case for all jerseys this season in Major League Baseball.

The Pirates will unveil all of their new uniforms Friday at 3 p.m. in the Pirates Clubhouse.
