PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - Hall of Famer Jerry Rice might want it, Antonio Brown might want it, but the San Francisco 49ers might not want it.
The 49ers general manager said during the NFL Combine they have not had any conversations with the Steelers about a possible deal for Brown.
Now, according to NFL Network's Steve Wyche, "I have been told by some sources would know that as of now the Niners won't be in play for Brown," Wyche said in a tweet.
In January Rice told Fan brother station 95.7 The Game in San Francisco, "He wants to come here really bad."
Brown also posted a photo on social media last month of himself in a 49ers uniform.
Steelers manager Kevin Colbert told reporters at the NFL Combine Wednesday that more teams have expressed interest in Brown but would not specify how many.
