Pete Frates has been gone for a year, but he will always be remembered.
The former St. John's Prep and Boston College baseball star helped change the world in his battle with ALS, finally succumbing to the disease Dec. 9, 2019 at the age of 34 years old.

Tuesday night, prior to the Red Sox' game against the Astros at Fenway Park, the Beverly native's memory was honored yet again. This time it was through the laughter and smiles of his 7-year-old daughter, Lucy.
