PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) Pittsburgh Steelers' wide receiver Diontae Johnson returned to the practice field on Friday after missing time with a foot injury.
Johnson returned as a full participant on Friday after only missing Thursday's practice.
It is expected that Johnson will be in the lineup for the Steelers come their first game of the 2020 season Monday Sept. 14.
The game day status of guard David DeCastro is still uncertain after missing a second straight day of practice with a knee injury that has been a bother since training camp.
If DeCastro is unable to play on Monday, the Steelers will begin the season with three different offensive linemen in the starting lineup than in 2019.
Veteran guard Stefen Wisniewski is the likely candidate to take over for DeCastro if he isn't able to play.
