Have you ever left your over $50,000 car at the airport parking lot and forgot about it? former Steeler Artie Burns did.
A Cadillac Escalade left at Pittsburgh International Airport by Burns is going up for auction, along with other abandoned vehicles.
The black 2016 Escalade is part of an online auction through Joe R. Pyle auction services.
It is currently going for $26,000.
The vehicle has 41,593 miles on it and the paint job appears to be scratched in some places.
The annual auction saw its biggest year last year but due to the global pandemic, will be done online at 6 p.m. on September 24.
The airport says nearly 20 vehicles were abandoned including a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro.
Preview sessions will take place on September 22 with safety guidlines enforced.
Pre-bids will be accepted until 6 p.m. on Sept. 24 when the all-virtual auction begins taking bids.
Burns currently plays for the Chicago Bears.
