Beloved Westmoreland County football coach Joseph Mucci has died.
He led the Jeannette Jayhawks to three undefeated seasons and three WPIAL championships.
Mucci coached at Jeannette from 1968-1985, going 150-33-3 during that time with 11 conference championships
The Tribune-Review reports Mucci, who also coached at Greensburg Central Catholic, died Monday of COVID-19 complications.
Several people on social media expressed their love for Mucci.
