The Dallas Cowboys are searching for upgrades on offense and defense at the Scouting Combine in Indianapolis this week.

The cornerback position opposite Trevon Diggs is arguably the team's biggest need in the upcoming NFL Draft. And it appears the Cowboys are doing their due diligence on one of the top cornerback prospects in this year's class to potentially fill the void.

According to multiple reports, Penn State cornerback Joey Porter Jr. has visited with the Cowboys at the combine this week.

Some scouting experts, including our very own Zach Wolchuk, view Porter as the top cornerback in this year's draft. And Porter believes the same, telling the media on Thursday that he feels like he's the best corner in Indy.

Porter is an athletic, shutdown corner. He did have just one interception in 30 career games for the Nittany Lions. But his draft stock is only rising with the defensive backs set to work out on Friday.

According to various mock drafts, Porter is expected to be a mid-to-late first-round pick. Dallas' first selection is No. 26 overall.
