Taxi Squad change

Pens changed up the Taxi Squad by sending forwards Frederick Gaudreau and Anthony Angello to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton along with goaltender Maxime Lagace.

Forwards Jordy Bellerive and Josh Currie with goalie Emil Larmi join the Taxi Squad.

The 21-year-old Bellerive scored two goals in three games in the AHL this year and played 59 career games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.

Currie is a veteran with little NHL experience, 21 games and 5 points.  He signed with the Pens in October in 2020 and is the WBS captain.  He also has two goals in three games in the AHL this year.

A native of Finland, Larmi split time between the AHL and ECHL last year and is 1-1-1 this season with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
