PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) — On Saturday, interim general manager Patrik Allvin announced that the Penguins had recalled defenseman Yannick Weber off the taxi squad.
Allvin also announced some designation changes: defensemen Kevin Czuczman and Pierre-Olivier Joseph were shifted from emergency recalls to regular recalls.
With Weber's recall, the Penguins taxi squad is now made up of forwards Anthony Angello and Frederick Gaudreau, defenseman Will Reilly, and goalies Alex D'Orio and Maxime Lagace.
The Penguins' next game is Saturday, Jan. 30 against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden.
The puck drops at 7 p.m.
