PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Pitt moved the football Blue-Gold Spring Game, but plan to keep it at Heinz Field. The new date is Saturday, April 24 at 1p, a week later than originally planned.

"Postponing the spring game by a week was in the best interest of our players' health and safety," said Pitt head coach Pat Narduzzi. "We can maximize our practice opportunities by not overloading their personal and academic schedules."

The team will hold a draft on the Wednesday before the game and use a similar format as they used the last couple of years in terms of what the game will look like.

Pitt still preparing for a limited number of fans to be able to attend the game at Heinz Field. Admission will be free.
