The Pittsburgh Pirates 2025 Spring Training hat has been released and it features the return of…the Pirate!
New Era debuted the latest MLB Spring Training hats recently on their website and Pittsburgh’s is an all-black cap with the buccaneer logo.
It’s similar to a batting practice hat the team wore in the late 1990s into the early 2000s.
The side patch features a palm tree, the number 25 in a baseball diamond and FL for the Florida Grapefruit league.

Pitchers and catchers report on February 12 in Bradenton for Spring Training in Bradenton at LECOM Park.
The first full-team workout is on February 18.
The trucks from Pittsburgh began the journey to Bradenton Tuesday morning.
