At least they made the list.
After being snubbed last week by MLB, the latest Power Rankings has the Pirates in the top 10, though many will think they're still being disrespected.
Currently with the best record in the National League, 20-9 and a 1.5 game lead in the Central Division, the Pirates are ranked 7th in the League.
The only other team with a better record and the Pirates are the Tampa Rays with a 23-6 record. The Rays are ranked first.
They're followed by the Atlanta Braves (18-9, 3-game lead in NL East), Toronto Blue Jays (18-10, 4.5 games back in AL East), Milwaukee Brewers (18-10, 1.5 games back of Pittsburgh), Baltimore Orioles (19-9, 3.5 games back in AL East) and the Houston Astros (15-13, 2 games back in AL West), then the Pirates.
Ben Verlander, of FOX Sports has the Pirates a little higher at 5th overall, jumping five spots from last week.
