According to reports, a deal with veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers could be reached at any time with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
But, Pittsburgh isn’t the only team that is interested in the former 4-time MVP.
The New York Giants are also reportedly in with Rodgers and according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, it could be a good fit.
“I know that’s part of the conversation they’ve had with Aaron Rodgers,” Garafolo said, mentioning wide receiver Malik Nabers as an attractive target for Rodgers. “Giants have had great conversations with Aaron Rodgers, from my understanding.”
Garafolo says Nabers is the kind of player that will “thrive” when dealing with the high demands of Rodgers.
“It is kind of, sort of attractive, all of the sudden, when you look at what the Giants are doing,” said Garafolo.
It looks like it’s come down to the Steelers or Giants for Rodgers.
As Tone Digz put it on the Pat McAfee show Tuesday, “The loser gets Russell Wilson.”
