Report: WR Adams willing to be traded to Steelers, 6 other teams

New York Jets are reported front runners

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, there are seven teams that Davante Adams would be willing to be traded to.

The Steelers are one of those, along with reported front runners, the New York Jets and New Orleans Saints.

The Jets are considered the most likely to land Adams because of his time in Green Bay with Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Other teams Adams is willing to be traded to include the Bills, Cowboys, Ravens and 49ers.

93.7 The Fan’s Andrew Fillipponi says he has heard reports that the Steelers have been the most aggressive.

According to reports, the Las Vegas Raiders are going to trade Adams to the team the proposes the best deal.

He’s currently on the third year of a five-year $140 million deal.

He’s making $16.89 million this season with a $23.35 million cap hit. The next two seasons, he’s set to make over $35.6 million a year with a $44.1 million cap it.

PFF Fantasy and Betting has Pittsburgh as the team with the third-best chance behind the Jets and then the Saints.

The 31-year-old, 11-year NFL veteran is still able to produce averaging over 11.5 yards a catch so far this season.

His career average is 12.3. He has 18 catches for 209 yards so far this season with one touchdown.

Adams is currently dealing with a hamstring injury.
