And yet, here we are. The previously 11-0 Steelers were then 11-1, and then were 11-2, and now are getting manhandled by a 2-10-1 division opponent with Ryan Finley at the helm. And it's hard to pin the blame on anyone but Big Ben Roethlsiberger.
He's 7-of-16 with 19 yards and an interception, including a sack taken for a 12 yard loss. He nearly lost a fumble. Even the Bengals' 17 points can be attributed to the field position the team has been in because of Big Ben's complete lack of production.
Oh, and he didn't exactly set Steelers fans up for this type of performance, instead dropping a nice tidbit on Pittsburgh locals earlier in the day.
But enough of me roasting Roethlisberger — Twitter can do that for me, more viciously than I ever could.
Yikes. Hopefully, for Steelers fans, the second half holds a sudden 180.
