A wide receiver that some fans were hoping the Steelers would sign, after clearing waivers, instead will face Pittsburgh on Sunday.
Brandin Cooks ha signed with the Buffalo Bills after he was waived by the New Orleans Saints last week.
Cooks was tied to the Steelers in some trade rumors but nothing happened before the deadline.

Cooks cleared waivers on Monday after something was added to his contract that would make it a lot more expensive for a team to pick him.
So, after clearing waivers, Cooks was able to sign with the Buffalo Bills, joining their active roster.
The Bills made the signing of the 12-year veteran official on Tuesday afternoon.
Cooks was taken 20th overall in the 2014 NFL Draft and has a total of 9,697 yards and 60 touchdowns over his career.
