PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – While the Steelers watched, it was an impactful day in the AFC as the reign of the Kansas City Chiefs is over as part of the big stories from Sunday football.
Chargers eliminate Chiefs
Los Angeles came back from down 13-3 at KC to not only beat the Chiefs, but knock them out of the playoffs for the first time since 2014. KC rushed for only 49 yards and no touchdown passes for Patrick Mahomes, who was knocked out of the game late.
Bengals lie down
Joe Burrow throws a pair of interceptions and the Ravens rushed for 189 yards with Lamar Jackson throwing a pair of touchdowns. Cincinnati is now 4-10 while the Ravens get back to .500 at 7-7.
Jags and Texans keep winning
They seem to be forgotten at times, but Houston improved to 9-5 as CJ Stroud threw for 3 TD in a 40-20 win over Arizona. Jacksonville is already to 10 wins as Trevor Lawrence threw for 330 yards and 5 TD beating the Jets 48-20. Lawrence was also the Jags leading rusher with 51 yards and a TD.
Bills ain’t done yet
Down 24-7 at half in Foxboro, Buffalo responds for a 35-31 win to move to 10-4 and now just a game back in the division. Josh Allen threw for 158 yards and 2 TD in the second half and James Cook ran for 75 yards in the second half.
Kenny struggles
In a return to Philadelphia, former Steelers first-round pick Kenny Pickett started for the Raiders. Pickett completed 15 of 25 passes but for only 64 yards and an interception as Las Vegas is now 2-12 after a 31-0 loss.

Bears blew out the Browns 31-3 at Soldier Field as Shedeur Sanders threw 3 interceptions going 18-35 for 177 yards and rushed for 24 yards. Cleveland rushed for a total of 50 yards. Myles Garrett had 1.5 sacks.
