Crowley would take Big Ben over Rodgers…seriously

It’s hard to believe, but Ben Roethlisberger has already been retired for three year.

But that isn’t stopping Fan Morning Show host Adam Crowley from pining for at least one ride with the old gunslinger, if the only other option is Aaron Rodgers at quarterback for the Steelers.

Crowley knows it won’t happen and it is just a hypothetical, but he still would rather have Big Ben over Rodgers, if it was up to him.

“He’s less of a jackass, he’s right there in that same age range, he’s less of a jackass…those are my three reasons,” said Crowley.

Co-host Dorin Dickerson, a former NFL tight end, tells Crowley there’s no way Roethlisberger could be in football shape for the 2025 season.

But Crowley says he is being a little bit serious and would definitely rather see Roethlisberger, especially if it’s a $45 million-a-year contract.

Crowley thinks, with three years off, that Roethlisberger is feeling “great”, but Dickerson says he’s probably feeling all of those football injuries as he ages.

“I think Rodgers’ body is just as likely to crumble as Ben’s,” Crowley responded.

To be clear, Roethlisberger IS retired with no indication of any kind of return.
