In rather shocking news, Andrew Fillipponi is picking the Pittsburgh Steelers to beat the Packers in Green Bay this Sunday.

Taking an extraordinary amount of time building up to the announcement, co-host Chris Mueller simply said, “I knew it” after Poni gave his pick.

Why is Poni so confident?

Calling it a “professional crossroads” for him, Poni says the Steeler will win because of one big reason.

“T.J. Watt, I believe, has circled this game on the calendar,” said Poni. For six months when the schedule came out going back to Wisconsin, getting a chance to play a meaningful game at Lambeau Field.”

Poni says the Wisconsin native has been dreaming of playing at Lambeau since he was a child.

“The last time we saw T.J. Watt play and entire game for the Steelers, they also did the unthinkable, they went into Buffalo and beat the Bills,” said Poni.

“Everyone thinks the Steelers are dead and buried, they unlike the Packers, they are investing everything they got into this game,” added Poni. “I think (Ben) Roethlisberger is pretty much done, but I don’t think he’s going to play 17 terrible games this year.”

Poni also predicts the Steelers will go no-huddle early and will take a lead and give the defense confidence.

He even went one step further saying the Steelers will also beat the Denver Broncos at home the next week.

Mueller’s summary of Poni’s prediction can be summed up with a simple phrase, “you’re out your mind.”
