Possible snow, wind gusts expected in Cleveland Thursday night

Weather could be a factor for the Steelers for the first time this season on Thursday night, with sloppy conditions expected in Cleveland.

AccuWeather says It will be in the high 30s with “periods of rain” and it will be breezy.

There is a 70 percent chance of precipitation and it will likely rain before for the game.

Wind gusts could reach speeds of 25 miles per hour along the lake.

There is also the chance of some lake-effect snow falling during the game as well, with temperatures in the 30s.

Sloppy field conditions will mean the Steelers and Browns will rely more on their run games to try to move the ball down the field on offense.

Like most forecasts, the weather can chance for better or worse, but this isn’t anything new.

It’s November football in the AFC North.
