But, speaking to the media, the 4-time MVP told reporters he hopes to be able to play under center on Sunday when the Steelers take on the Ravens for 1st place in the AFC North.
T.J. Watt was out with a to injury and Derrick Harmon with his knee.
Other players that did not practice on Wednesday include, linebacker Patrick Queen with a glute injury and safety Jalen Ramsey was given a rest day.
Wide receiver Ben Skowronek (shoulder) cornerback James Pierre (concussion) and offensive lineman Calvin Anderson (knee) were all limited.
Wide receiver DK Metcalf was given a rest day and listed at “limited”.
Cornerback Donte Kent who is on IR with an ankle/knee injury is in the 21-day window to return.
