Just a few seasons ago, the Steelers didn't even have a quarterbacks coach. Now they have two.
On Tuesday, the organization announced that David Corley will be their new assistant quarterbacks coach.
Corley comes from the University of Richmond, where he served as their running backs coach.
The 42-year-old spent time with the Steelers back in 2010 as part of the Bill Walsh Minority Coaching Fellowship.
He also worked with the Carolina Panthers and Houston Texans in the past through the coaching fellowship.
Corley's alma mater is the same as head coach Mike Tomlin, William & Mary.
He was a four-year starter at William & Mary from 1999-2002, holding 27 school records after graduating.
He was inducted into the William & Mary Hall of Fame in 2014 and then got his start in coaching there as well spending time as running backs coach, quarterbacks and receivers.
He also spent time coaching various positions with Connecticut, Army and Penn State.
He will join quarterbacks coach Mike Sullivan, who was hired last February after Matt Canada was promoted to offensive coordinator.
