PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – No surprises with the Steelers injury report, the team held only a walk-through practice as the only work before playing at Minnesota Thursday night. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin trying to preserve the team's legs as Tuesday is normally a day off for recovery.

While back from the COVID-19 list, linebacker Robert Spillane has yet to return from his knee injury.  Spillane did not practice on Tuesday.  Corner Joe Haden remains out with his foot injury, missing the last couple of games.  Offensive lineman BJ Finney left the Ravens game early with a recurrence of his back injury, he missed practice as did defensive lineman Isaiah Buggs with his ankle injury.

As he told us before practice, Ben Roethlisberger went full as did receiver Chase Claypool with his toe injury.  Technically Cam Heyward and Trai Turner were listed as not practicing yesterday, even though the Steelers didn't practice.  Both were full go on the South Side.

Doubtful any of those who didn't practice would be available for the game in Minnesota on Thursday.  Look for Ahkello Witherspoon to retain the starting job for Haden and John Leglue to play for Finney as Finney was already subbing for Kevin Dotson.
