PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Steelers have reportedly found the replacement for Terrell Edmunds, or at least someone to compete for that job. Post-Gazette’s Gerry Dulac first to report Keanu Neal will leave the Bucs for the Steelers.

The 6’, 211-pound Neal made eight starts in 17 games with Tampa Bay last year with 63 tackles (41 solo), an interception, two tackles for loss, four passes defended and five quarterback hits. Neal has played free safety, slot and even a little middle linebacker in his season with Dallas in 2021.

The 27-year-old Neal was a starter his first five years with Atlanta although missed all but one game of the 2018 season with a torn ACL and in 2019 missed all but three games with an Achilles tear.
He was the Falcons first-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.
