PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Just when you thought the Steelers had finished adding to their secondary with the drafting of Joey Porter, Junior, a free agent signing. Katz Brothers Sports says their client, Chandon Sullivan, agreed to a contract with the Steelers.
The 26-year-old started 10 games each of the last three seasons with Green Bay and then in 2022 with Minnesota. In his NFL career, the 5'11" corner has played 71 games (31 starts) with five interceptions, 23 passes defended and 169 tackles. Sullivan played a career high 945 defensive snaps last season, or 81% of the Vikings defensive plays.
He will look to add competition to the slot position after the loss of Cam Sutton (who could play either) to the Lions in the offseason.
