T.J. added he is up to the challenge to face Pro Bowl right tackle Lane Johnson if he plays.
Watt was named the AFC Defensive Player of the Month for September
Johnson missed practice on Thursday with an ankle injury.
Receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster and Diontae Johnson both returned to practice on Thursday after missing Wednesday.
Cornerback Joe Haden also returned to practice on Thursday.
