Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt is considered one of the best defensive players in the NFL and if it weren’t for Aaron Donald, He’d likely have been the NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year last season.

That dominance shows with Watt’s rating in Madden NFL 22, with Watt rated OVR of 94, the same as his brother J.J. Watt.

While a 94 is impressive, it appears the game is slightly disrespecting Watt, putting Myles Garrett first (98 overall) and Khalil Mack (96 overall).

Watt comes in 3rd in the Madden Top 10 Edge Rushers list. Former Steeler Bud Dupree did not make the list.

When it comes to real life stats, Garrett has 12 sacks, 48 total tackles and four forced fumbles last season. Mack had 9 sacks, 50 total tackles, three forced fumbles and one interception.

Watt posted 15 sacks (led the NFL) 53 total tackles two forced fumbles and one interception.

So while Garrett and Mack may be slightly better than Watt when it comes to video games, but real life seems to be a different story.
