Wilson's remain on Steelers injury report

Full injury report from first practice of Chargers week

Russell Wilson throwing in practice
93.7 The Fan

PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – A number of players either limited or not practicing as the Steelers open up on-field work against the Chargers.

It's become the norm recently as quarterback Russell Wilson (calf) remains a limited participant in practice. Mike Tomlin said they go forward planning on Justin Fields to be the starter and Wednesday didn't change any of those thoughts.

Tailback Najee Harris did not practice. He is sixth in the league with 37 rushing attempts (tied with James Conner) and has played in 51% of the offensive snaps.
He got a veteran's day. Also not practicing on Wednesday, guard Isaac Seumalo (pectoral) and tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee). Elevating tight end Rodney Williams from the practice squad is probably a bad sign for Pruitt.

Along with Russell Wilson limited on Wednesday

·      WR Roman Wilson (ankle)

·      LB TJ Watt (not injury related)

·      DL Larry Ogunjobi (not injury related)
