WR Washington added to injury report, Sutton still out

Another member has joined the groin injury club and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger went full on Thursday.

Wide receiver James Washington is the latest Steelers players to be hit with a groin injury. He was limited on Thursday after going full on Wednesday.

Roethlisberger, who always sits out on Wednesdays, is dealing with a hip and pec injuries but was not limited in practice.

Fellow receiver Chase Claypool was once again limited with a hamstring issue and JuJu Smith-Schuster was full after being listed as limited the day before.

It’s looking less likely that cornerback Cam Sutton will play on Sunday against the Denver Broncos. He was held out of practice for the second straight day with a groin issue.

Defensive tackle Carlos Davis (knee) was once again held out and offensive lineman Rashaad Coward missed after being limited on Wednesday with an ankle.

Offensive lineman Trai Turner who was limited yesterday and Kevin Dotson who was out were both full on Thursday.

Defensive captain Cam Heyward also went full after being limited with a neck issue on Wednesday.
