Restaurant week isn’t just returning to D.C. later this month. It’s also coming to a Northern Virginia city.
For 10 days, more than 70 Alexandria restaurants will celebrate restaurant week with a $35 three-course dinner for one or a $35 dinner for two.
Some of the participating restaurants will also offer fixed-price brunch and lunch menus.
Alexandria Restaurant Week is scheduled to start Jan. 17 and end Jan. 26.
Restaurants in Old Town, Del Ray, Carlyle, Eisenhower and the West End are all set to participate.

Alexandria’s restaurant week will begin the week after the D.C. version of the event, which begins Jan. 13.
