
Get ready to drink up the refreshing taste of spring.
Starbucks just released an all new spring beverage lin and, needless to say, it delivers on all of your dreams of blooming flowers and longer days filled with sunshine.
Tempting your tastebuds with the pastel hues of minty green, soft lemon yellow and a gold that reflects the glow of the sunset on a spring evening, the new Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink, Iced Golden Ginger Drink, and Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam are now gracing the menu, according to a press release.
Both the Matcha Drink and the Ginger Drink include coconutmilk and ginger.
The Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink is matcha green tea and coconutmilk shaken together with flavors of pineapple and ginger and served over ice.
Kris Murray, product specialist for the Starbucks Beverage Research & Development team, describes it as the perfect marriage of pineapple and matcha.
“At first sip, you get some of that pineapple flavor complimented by the coconutmilk, with matcha and ginger flavors really shining through at the end,” Murray said.
The Iced Golden Ginger Drink is made with ginger, pineapple and turmeric flavors, and of course shaken with coconutmilk.
If you are more into Cold Brew, the new Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam upgrades your traditional Cold Brew with salted honey cold foam and honey stripe.
The beverages are available in Starbucks stores now.
