We travelled back to the 80's for one of the raddest parties of the year.
The Drive's Ultimate 80's party brought it all to The Fillmore Silver Spring Friday night. Big hair, letterman jackets, neon, and of course the music we all love.
Here are some of our top moments from the night.
1. Slap Bracelets
If these don't transport you back to the 80's nothing will. Partygoers were welcomed into the Fillmore with their choice of neon yellow slap bracelets. They functioned as both fun takeaways and an appropriate introduction to the totally rad night that would ensue.
2. Photo Booth
Is it really a party if you don't commemorate the moment? The Drive photo booth provided the perfect place for our listeners to document their crimped hair and jerry curls.
3. Costume Contest
Outside of a performance that got the crowd jumping, the costume contest was a highlight of the night. From Madonna, to Queen and so many more looks, the competition was stiff.
Jason Kidd and Corinna Delgado led the crowd in judging each outfit with applause.
4.The Reflex
The Reflex brought the house down with their performance of several covers of classic 80's songs.
