During this season of American Idol John Stamos is offering up his musical and performing talents to many American Idol hopefuls as he joins as a guest mentor.

As the Top 9 contestants get ready to embark on a special trip to Disney World for the show’s Disney Night episode, the performers will not only take in some inspiration from the Magic Kingdom but also receive some wisdom from Stamos.
Currently the former Full House hottie stars in the Disney+ original series, Big Shot, and in October of 2017, Stamos proposed to his wife, Caitlin McHugh at Disneyland.
During a conversation with Entertainment Tonight John jokingly shared, “They said, you know, 'Could you come down and be a mentor?' I'm like, 'Mentor?!' These kids are so great I'm gonna tell them one thing, and they're gonna go, 'Stamos, we've heard you sing. Stop!'"
However, Katy Perry, who is currently a judge on the competition show, did not hold back when it came to her thoughts on heading to Disney World. She told ET, “I think John probably said yes when he heard Disney. The thing is, John and I are probably the biggest Disney fans. So he gets to go to Disney World with the kids, which is basically the greatest place on Earth, and so I’m a little jealous because they didn’t ask me. I would’ve totally done it!"
