For the Web Contest: Online – Usher in Las Vegas, enter to win between 5:00 am PT on February 20, 2023 and 11:59 pm PT on April 30, 2023 by going to audacy.com/947thewave/contests, clicking on this contest's link, and completing the online entry form. On or about May 1, 2023, one (1) winner will be randomly selected, and upon verification of eligibility, will be awarded i) a 2-night stay at Park MGM (Hotel guest room accommodations for winner and guest, double occupancy), October 12-14, 2023; ii) two (2) tickets to see Usher at Dolby Live at Park MGM Las Vegas on October 13, 2023; and iii) a $100 gift card for travel expenses. Ground transportation and gratuities are not included. Hotel guest must present a major credit card at check-in to guarantee hotel charges not included in this prize. Both the Winner and their one (1) guest must be TWENTY-ONE (21) years of age or older. Winner’s guest may be required to sign one or more liability release agreements before being authorized by to be allowed to participate as winner’s guest on a trip. WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL AND TO COVER INCIDENTAL EXPENSES. Winner and their guest will be solely responsible for all ground transportation, for the purchase of any items of a purely personal nature, for the payment of any incidental expenses, and for the payment of any taxes, charges, and/or fees. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize(s) is $650.00, courtesy of Live Nation. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address.
